For all patients, after your myopic laser surgery, don’t forget to take your medication and come in for regular review. 3 months of medication after EK, the first day after surgery, one week after surgery (with bandage contact lenses removed), 20 days after surgery, and every 20 days thereafter. Femtosecond flap-making excimer laser surgery and full femtosecond surgery are followed by medication for 1 month, the first day after surgery (to remove the bandage contact lens), and 20 days after surgery, please come for follow-up. I will remind every patient of my surgery in advance of the review time, and at each review I will take your lenses, examine them, prescribe them, analyze the report, and instruct you on the medication to bring you the best possible post-operative visual quality.
