Does dizziness mean cervical spondylosis?

Many patients say they have cervical spondylosis when they get dizzy. Dizziness involves three departments: spine, neurology, and otorhinolaryngology. The one involving the spine is called cervical spondylosis, which not only has dizziness, but also has pain in the upper limbs, numbness, and weakness and instability in walking, which is a syndrome for cervical spondylosis to be established. There is another kind of cervical spondylosis that is mainly dizziness, but its dizziness is related to the turning of the head, not lying in bed with the sky spinning and dizziness even when not moving. There must also be some sympathetic symptoms such as neck pain and facial sweating. High blood pressure must also be excluded.
