Rehabilitation is not clinically recommended for patients with severe bleeding, unstable fractures or local infection. Patients with early open fractures whose conditions have not been effectively controlled should also not prematurely intervene in rehabilitation to avoid affecting the prognosis. Rehabilitation is recommended after the condition has stabilized, but safety needs to be ensured to avoid re-injury. Different people, different fracture types, different fracture sites, and different timing of rehabilitation interventions directly affect the prognosis of fractures. Patients with fractures should undergo timely, reasonable and effective rehabilitation under the guidance of a clinician.
