What kind of signs should be seen by the rheumatology department?

  Rheumatic immune diseases are complex, and all tissues and systems can be involved, with different clinical manifestations, often causing damage to internal organs at a later stage, and are irreversible. Therefore, early diagnosis and early treatment are very important.  If you encounter the following situations, you should go to the rheumatology department promptly: 1. various acute and chronic arthritis with red, swollen and painful joints and restricted movement.  2.Recurrent low back pain, lumbosacral pain or hip pain, especially at night or at rest.  3.Difficulty in turning over at night; stiffness of the low back in the morning, which can be relieved after activity.  4.Frozen shoulder; tenosynovitis; synovitis; fibromyalgia; swelling of fingers and toes; swelling and pain in the heel and sole of the foot.  5.Pteroidal erythema of the face; nodular erythema of the extremities; recurrent rash and subcutaneous nodules of the whole body.  6.Unexplained long-term fever, especially if antibiotic treatment is ineffective.  7.Recurrent oral or external genital ulcers.  8.Long-term unexplained dryness of the mouth and eyes, reduced saliva, tears and even sweat.  9.Recurrent episodes of conjunctivitis, iridocyclitis, uveitis especially with joint swelling and pain.  10.Tightening and hardening of the skin of the face, limbs or even the whole body, or even atrophy and thinning.  11, myalgia and muscle weakness of the limbs; generalized muscle pain.  12.Chronic lymph node enlargement of unknown etiology.  13.Unexplained involvement of internal organs.
