Treatment of condylar neck fracture by posterior maxillary incision through the parotid anterior occlusal area

The surgical treatment of condylar neck fracture has greater risks, such as facial nerve injury leading to facial palsy, parotid gland injury leading to salivary fistula, and internal maxillary artery injury leading to hemorrhage, we have minimized these surgical risks by improving the surgical incision approach and achieved satisfactory clinical results, which have been recognized by our colleagues and praised by patients.
