The most common symptom of breast cancer is a breast lump. Moreover, lumps are often the first symptom, accounting for about 95% of all breast cancer cases. Whether a lump can be pushed or not depends on the degree of tumor invasion. Both early and intermediate stage breast cancer lumps are easy to push, while advanced stage lumps are completely fixed and cannot be easily pushed. The second most common symptom is nipple discharge, which occurs in about 10% of breast cancer cases. Breast cancer with nipple discharge as the only symptom is rare, but if it is accompanied by a breast lump, then breast cancer is more likely. Abnormal breast skin changes are also a common symptom of breast cancer. For example: 1) sunken or wrinkled breast skin; 2) cellulite edema; 3) skin ulcers; 4) satellite skin nodules; 5) nipple inversion, elevation, scratching, cracking or erosion, and other abnormal changes should be noticed and highly alerted.
