What are the factors in the development of trophoblastic tumors

The pathogenesis of trophoblastic tumors has more factors and the etiology is still unclear, mainly related to malnutrition, viral infection, endocrine disorders, heredity and other factors.
1. Malnutrition: In clinical animal experiments, it is indicated that the lack of folic acid will affect the synthesis of thymine, which may lead to the death of embryo, and thus it can be inferred that the lack of folic acid in mother may be related to the occurrence of trophoblastic tumors to a certain extent.
2. Viral infection: a kind of filtration virus has been isolated from the tissues of gravidas and choriocarcinoma, and some experts have found virus particles in the specimens of trophoblastic tumors in electron microscope examination, which is believed that virus is related to the development of trophoblastic tumors.
3. Endocrine disorders: there are relevant clinical data show that the chance of occurrence of hyperemesis gravidarum is higher than that of 20-35 years old group at the age of 15-20 years old, and the risk of occurrence of hyperemesis gravidarum increases at the age of 40 years old, and the risk of occurrence of hyperemesis gravidarum in the group of people aged 50 years old or above is 200 times of that of 20-35 years old.
And the characteristics of the patients at this stage of ovarian insufficiency and stability, or gradual decline, can also be associated with the development of trophoblastic tumors and endocrine disorders.
4. Heredity: since most of the trophoblast cells in gravidas show positive sex chromatin, it is also considered that its development is related to genetic factors.
When patients have trophoblastic tumors, they should go to the hospital in time, complete the relevant examination, clarify the factors of its development, and follow the doctor’s instructions for reasonable treatment.
