How to restore anterior teeth aesthetically?

The patient was a female who had a porcelain crown restoration of her upper anterior teeth several years ago. She felt unattractive and asked for a full porcelain crown restoration. Before restoration: the color of the left and right upper 1 (central incisors) was not coordinated with the adjacent teeth (lateral incisors), and the shape was not symmetrical; the lateral incisors had caries near the middle adjacent surface. After removing the crown, it was found that the mesial incisors all had different degrees of caries due to poor decay removal during the previous crown restoration (or because the crowns did not fit tightly). Due to the limited time, no photos were taken. After the decay was removed and filled in parallel, the teeth were prepared again (after the decay was removed, the stained dentin was almost invisible, and the lateral incisors were filled in after the consultation for caries). After restoration, the shape of the central incisor was symmetrical, the color was coordinated with the lateral incisors, and the chalky white horizontal stripe on the neck made the cast porcelain full crown closer to the adjacent teeth. The right upper 1 gingival margin edema still exists, pending good oral maintenance of the patient. We welcome criticism and guidance from colleagues and patients.
