The patient is a male, actor. He complained of partial fracture of the upper left anterior incisor caused by filming a year ago, and came to our department to repair the defect after pulp vitality test by the dental department (pulp vitality was normal). Examination showed that the upper right 1 was twisted and fractured obliquely from the proximal mesial incisive 1/3 to the distal mesial incisive angle; the upper right 2 was twisted nearly 90° (the lingual surface was proximally facing the proximal mesial); and the mandibular anterior teeth were crowded. The patient was advised to repair after orthodontic treatment, which the patient refused due to the length of time and wished to resolve in a short time with a crown restoration.
