The patient is a male, actor. He complained of partial fracture of the upper left anterior incisor caused by filming a year ago, and came to our department to repair the defect after pulp vitality test by the dental department (pulp vitality was normal). Examination showed that the upper right 1 was twisted and fractured obliquely from the proximal mesial incisive 1/3 to the distal mesial incisive angle; the upper right 2 was twisted nearly 90° (the lingual surface was proximally facing the proximal mesial); and the mandibular anterior teeth were crowded.
