Is it good or bad to have your eyes open in a coma?

Eyes opening in a coma may or may not be a good thing. If the patient can open his eyes normally, and after opening his eyes, his eyeballs can rotate with other people’s activities, overall speaking, it is possible that the coma has been reduced and his condition has improved, and he may be waking up, so he should be treated comprehensively according to the cause of the disease and take good care of himself, and continue to observe the patient’s changes in his condition. If the patient is in a deep coma, the pupillary reflex disappears or is particularly slow, such a situation even if the eyes are opened, does not mean that the patient regained consciousness, this situation is only unconscious to open the eyes, does not mean that the patient’s condition has improved. So the coma people open their eyes, whether it means that the condition has improved, but also combined with the patient’s vital signs whether the change, the patient’s other systemic conditions, to determine the return of the disease.
