  Dopamine: (kg body weight × 3) mg diluted to 50ml If the pumping speed is 1ml/h, the pumping volume is 1μg/kg?min, the common dose is 1-20μg/kg.min; the starting dose is 5μg/kg.min.
  Dobutamine: the same as dobutamine, the usual dose is 1-20μg/kg.min, the starting dose is 1μg/kg.min.
  Sodium nitroprusside: 5% GS 50ml + sodium nitroprusside 50mg, i.e. 1mg/ml (1000μg/ml), common dose 10-200μg/min or 0.1-2μg/kg?min, starting dose 5-10μg/min (0.3-0.6 ml/h).
  Nitroglycerin: (kg body weight × 0.3) mg diluted to 50ml If the pumping speed is 1ml/h, the pumping volume is 0.1μg/kg?min or: NS 44ml + nitroglycerin 30mg, i.e. 0.6mg/ml (600μg/ml), the common dose is 10-200μg/min or 0.1-2μg/kg?min. -2μg/kg?min, starting dose 5-10μg/min (0.5-1ml/h).

  Cardioplegia: 70mg/20ml 70mg diluted to 50ml with 5% glucose solution, iv bolus (10 minutes), closely observe the heart rate and rhythm, stop the injection immediately after the ventricular tachycardia or supraventricular tachycardia is restored. If necessary, the injection can be repeated after 20 minutes, the total amount should not exceed 210mg.

  Lidocaine: draw 5 sticks of original solution (200mg/10ml/sticks) that is 20 mg/ml, the first dose of 1.5mg/kg iv bolus, ineffective can be repeated every 8 minutes 0.5mg/kg until the total amount of 3mg/kg, after successful resuscitation 2-4mg/min maintenance.
