How to stop the pain of ear infection

Pain caused by ear inflammation can be treated with oral painkillers such as clofentezine tablets or fen-phen tablets. Generally, inflammation of the ear is considered to be acute purulent otitis media, which is caused by fluid accumulation in the middle ear cavity due to upper respiratory tract infection, resulting in perforation of the eardrum. Clinical examination reveals perforation of the tense part of the tympanic membrane and exudation of purulent secretions from the external ear canal. Patients are often accompanied by fever, headache, muscle weakness and other related symptoms. Because most upper respiratory infections are Staphylococcus aureus or Streptococcus haemolyticus, they can be treated with oral cefixime or penicillin V potassium tablets. At the same time, the ear can be cured with oxyfloxacin eye drops, topically applied 2-3 times a day for about a week. After a complete dry ear, a tympanic membrane repair is also needed to avoid recurrent attacks.
