If you can’t do the things you can’t do alone, you should ask your family and others for help.  3.Life care 1)When cooking, to avoid fatigue, you can sit on a chair or stool.  2) Try using soft packaged food or frozen food.  3)Try good cooking tools such as special kitchen knives, chopsticks, pots and pans, etc.  Kitchen knives & tabletops: Kitchen knives that can be held with both hands and tabletops that can be held in place are available in the market.  Chopsticks: Clamps, forks, spoons, etc. are more useful than chopsticks.  Woks: Compared to pots and pans, it becomes much more convenient to use microwave ovens and rice cookers to cook rice.
