What’s wrong with a little blood seven days before menstruation?

If the menstruation is seven days early with just a little bit of blood, clinically most of them are due to luteal insufficiency caused by early atrophy of the corpus luteum. This condition will manifest as early menstruation without lower abdominal pain or any other discomfort, just early menstruation, and it is recommended to supplement progesterone after ovulation. Irregular vaginal bleeding can also occur if oral contraceptives have been used, and should be combined with medical history. If vaginal bleeding is accompanied by lower abdominal pain, it is recommended to exclude pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis and pelvic tumor.
