Sudden advancement of menstruation by 10 days may be caused by certain physiological factors, but it may also be caused by luteal insufficiency, endometrial polyps, uterine fibroids and other diseases, which should be consulted in time to find out the cause of the disease.
1. Physiological factors: long-term mental depression, high tension, anxiety, emotional changes or psychological trauma can affect the hypothalamus, pituitary gland and other parts of the function of the abnormal, abnormal menstruation performance. In addition, prolonged late night, irregular diet, overwork, smoking and drinking may also lead to menstrual disorders, menstruation 10 days early.
2. Pathologic factors:
(1) Luteal insufficiency: it refers to the disease of incomplete development of the corpus luteum after ovulation, insufficient secretion of progesterone, incomplete atrophy, etc., which in turn leads to poor secretion response of the endometrium. Patients may have early menstruation, frequent menstruation and other manifestations, and may also be accompanied by symptoms such as premenstrual irritability, breast distension, insomnia and so on.
(2) Endometrial polyp: Prevalent in women of childbearing age, endometrial polyp is a kind of uterine cavity lesion with overgrowth of localized endometrium. Patients may have symptoms such as bleeding between menstrual periods, abnormal menstruation, sudden menstruation 10 days earlier may be extra menstruation between two menstrual periods, or shortened menstrual cycle, which may lead to infertility in severe cases, and so on.
(3) Uterine fibroid: this is the most common benign tumor of female reproductive organs. Some patients may have abnormal menstruation, which is manifested by shortening of menstrual cycle, as well as abdominal lumps, leucorrhoea, lower abdominal distension and other symptoms.
If menstruation is suddenly 10 days early, after excluding physiological factors, you should consult the doctor in time and improve the relevant examination to exclude organic diseases.
