If they are mobile and painful on pressure, most of them are caused by inflammation and can be reduced by taking oral cephalosporins. If the lymph nodes are swollen with adhesions and painless, prompt consultation should be made. Early biopsy of the lymph nodes for pathological examination is recommended to clarify the nature of the swollen lymph nodes, determine the cause and provide early diagnosis and treatment to avoid delay in treatment.
