Swollen breast lymph nodes can be caused by acute mastitis, breast tuberculosis, cystic hyperplasia, breast cancer, breast fibroadenoma, intraductal papilloma, malignant lymphoma, chronic leukaemia, etc. It can also be caused by stress, dislike of exercise, obesity, etc.
