How to face breast cancer properly?

Cancer is a life-threatening disease and all forms of treatment can be very emotionally and physically taxing. No matter how long the treatment process continues, it is important to have lots of support from friends and family around you and to allow yourself to be emotionally depressed. The following suggestions will hopefully help you: 1, no need to be a strong woman: accept the reality, try to make yourself relaxed, there is no need to force a smile in front of the medical staff or friends and family, naturally let out your inner fears and anxieties may make you feel better. 2. Take the initiative to seek help: Seek help from friends and family when needed, or consider joining a breast cancer support group (e.g. patient salon). Some of the women in this group are going through similar experiences as you, and some have already gone through this stage and may be of great help to you. If necessary, you can seek the help of a psychiatrist. 3. Positive coping: Everyone gradually develops unique ways of coping in their own life experiences. Adopt methods of coping with crises or difficulties that have worked in the past, or rediscover your spiritual beliefs or spiritual support. 4. Return to society: After treatment is over and your physical condition has largely recovered, it may be more beneficial to your physical and mental recovery to get back to work as soon as possible. Engaging in work that you enjoy and the sense of value you experience in work and social activities will help you to re-emerge from your role as a patient.
