If there is some local external fixation, such as brace or plaster, remove the external fixation, then remove the bandage or dressing tied to the wound, and disinfect the wound with alcohol 3 times. If there are some blood scabs or blood stains on the wound surface, you can use saline to remove the scabs or blood stains, then disinfect with alcohol, cover with sterile dressing, then wrap the wound with bandages, and finally re-tie the external fixation brace or cast. In addition, if there is a drainage tube left in the wound 2-3 days after surgery, the fluid drained by the drainage tube will not exceed 10ml for 1 day, so it can be removed, first disinfect the mouth of the drainage tube, then cut the silk thread that fixes the drainage tube, then remove the drainage tube, cover it with sterile dressing and tie it back to the wound, and add a fixed support or plaster.
