Lipoma belongs to benign lipoma growing in human body, while multiple lipoma refers to two or more lipomas. The procedure of surgery is the same as that of single lipoma, which is mainly divided into preoperative preparation, disinfection and anesthesia, and surgical excision. 1. Preoperative preparation: before surgical excision, the surgical site needs to be cleaned and prepared for skin, especially the surface skin hair should be removed. 2. Disinfection and anesthesia: after the patient takes the appropriate position, the surgical site is routinely wiped and disinfected with iodophor, alcohol and other disinfectant solutions, a sterile towel is spread, and local infiltration anesthesia is applied to the surface skin of the lipoma with lidocaine. 3. Surgical excision: after successful local anesthesia, take an incision on the surface of the lipoma, incise the skin, subcutaneous tissue, cut the fascia layer on the surface of the lipoma, separate and excise the lipoma from the surrounding tissues, and then suture it layer by layer after checking that there is no bleeding point, and then use aseptic gauze bandage after the operation, and then the operation is completed. Other lipomas are removed in the same way. Because the growth site, size and surrounding tissues of each patient’s lipoma are different, the surgical operation is not exactly the same, and it is necessary for a professional doctor to perform surgical resection according to the specific condition in order to avoid delaying the condition.
