Papular urticaria usually heals spontaneously after 1 to 2 weeks, but the disease has a chance of recurrence and should be taken seriously. Pemphigus urticaria is caused by mosquito bites, and the patient’s skin will appear in clusters or scattered spindle-shaped, windswept papules, which can be accompanied by intense itching. The disease is self-healing, so some patients with papular urticaria can be cured in 1 to 2 weeks, but after recovery, the local skin will be temporarily left pigmentation, and there is a chance of recurrence. For some serious cases, the disease may not be self-cured, so you need to follow the doctor’s prescription medication. Usually severe cases can be prescribed with antihistamine drugs such as loratadine and cetirizine, but also localized use of glycerite lotion to relieve itching; some of the rash is not easy to subside, glucocorticosteroid ointment can be used externally, such as mometasone furoate ointment, hydrocortisone ointment, and so on. It is recommended to strengthen skin care for those diagnosed with papular urticaria, avoiding friction and stimulation of foreign objects or scratching with the hands, and following the doctor’s instructions to use medication when necessary.
