What is itchy rash

  Itchy rash is a general term for a group of acute or chronic inflammatory skin diseases that appear as a cluster of papules, nodules and secondary rashes with pronounced itching. In daily life, nodular itchy rash and pediatric itchy rash are common.  1, nodular itchy rash: it occurs on the extensor side of the limbs, especially on the extensor side of the lower legs. The rash starts as an edematous red firm papule, then turns into a soybean or larger hemispherical firm nodule (characteristic), followed by top keratinization in the form of wart-like hyperplasia, surface roughness, and dark brown color. The rash is mostly disseminated, the number can be several or hundreds, itching is paroxysmal, but the degree of itching is often unbearable for the patient.  2, pediatric itchy rash, also known as Hebra itchy rash: mostly in early childhood onset, or on the extensor side of the limbs, symmetrical on both sides, the lower extremity lesions are often heavier, often occurring after urticaria or papular urticaria. At the beginning, the rash appears as a wind-blown and wind-blown rash, and after it fades, it appears as a skin-colored or light-red, rice grain to green bean-sized papule (hard texture) or papule herpes, and after a few days, the rash can be executed to fade. The rash tends to recur or alternate, and because of the intense itching, the child tends to scratch repeatedly, and over time may develop eczema-like changes in the skin, mossy changes, local infections, and enlarged inguinal lymph nodes.  Itchy rash is particularly intense, the patient can not help but scratch or even hot water washing, resulting in aggravation of the disease, avoid scratching, washing and scalding and other stimuli, reasonable use of drugs, will help the recovery of itchy rash.
