Bronze-colored skin pigmentation symptoms are mostly seen in adult males, especially in youth. It is currently considered a specific group of certain renal diseases characterized by severe nephrogenic salt loss. There are signs of dehydration and muscle cramps, and in severe cases, confusion, delirium, coma and uremia and acidosis. 2. Have a history of chronic kidney disease. 3. Intake of large amounts of salt (10-20g/d) can relieve symptoms. 30% of patients have a history of gastritis and long-term use of large amounts of alkaline drugs. 4. Deoxycorticosterone treatment is ineffective, adrenal cortical function test is normal, and urinary aldosterone excretion is increased. The diagnosis can be made based on the above articles.
