What is tachycardia?

  I always hear about tachycardia, so what is tachycardia? Tachycardia is a manifestation of arrhythmia, which refers to a heart rate of more than 100 beats per minute. It can cause a variety of injuries to the body and can take many forms.  If you have atrial tachycardia, it can cause the heart to beat too fast in the left and right atria, and it is more common in older heart surgery patients; if you have ventricular tachycardia, the ventricles are beating too fast, it is likely that your heart muscle is aging and needs more attention; there is also a rare type of supraventricular tachycardia, which is a congenital condition in which many small muscles in the heart have short-circuiting problems, causing tachycardia. This is a short-circuiting problem in the heart that causes tachycardia.  The treatment of tachycardia is generally based on the actual heartbeat to choose the treatment, if the sinus tachycardia can be tolerated, no treatment is needed, in serious cases, you can take heart medication to help adjust; atrial tachycardia and ventricular tachycardia, it is recommended to go to a cardiologist for comprehensive treatment. Patients with tachycardia should avoid strenuous exercise, choose a diet low in fat and cholesterol, and eat more green vegetables and fruits, which can help improve heart function.  In cases where the symptoms of tachycardia are more serious, attention should be paid to the treatment to avoid bringing danger to their lives.
