Clinical manifestations: Typical pulmonary tuberculosis starts slowly and has a long course with low-grade fever, fatigue, loss of appetite, cough and small amount of hemoptysis. However, most patients have mild symptoms, often without obvious symptoms, and are detected only after X-ray health examination, some patients recognize sudden hemoptysis, but can often be traced to mild toxicity symptoms during the course of the disease. Systemic symptoms: Systemic toxicity symptoms are low fever, fatigue, loss of appetite, weight loss, night sweats, etc. in the afternoon. When the lung disease signs are rapidly progressing and spreading, there may be high fever, and women may have menstrual disorders or amenorrhea. Respiratory system: There is usually a dry cough or only a small amount of mucus. In case of secondary infection, the sputum is mucus or purulent. About 1/3 of patients have varying degrees of hemoptysis. When the inflammation reaches the wall pleura, there is stabbing pain in the corresponding chest wall, which is usually not severe and worsens with breathing and coughing. In chronic severe tuberculosis, respiratory function slows down and dyspnea develops. Diagnosis: I. Lethargy, weight loss, fever, night sweats. II. Coughing sputum and X-ray chest film showing infiltrative changes in the lungs. III. Positive tuberculin test. IV. Sputum smear with positive antacid staining. Sputum culture is positive for Mycobacterium tuberculosis. VI. Bronchoscopy Treatment measures: mainly chemotherapy, commonly used drugs are isoniazid, rifampin, streptomycin, pyrazinyl hi, ethambutol and aminothiourea. The application of chemotherapy should follow the following five principles: ① Early. As soon as the diagnosis is confirmed, the drug should be administered immediately; ② Combination. Combine two or more anti-tuberculosis drugs to ensure efficacy and prevent drug resistance and reduce toxic side effects; ③ appropriate dosage; ④ regularity. Do not miss or interrupt; ⑤ The whole course. At present, China mainly adopts short-term intensive treatment, which is supervised by doctors throughout the course of treatment, and the duration of treatment is generally 6-8 months.
