1.Treatment principles for patients with somatoform disorders are difficult to treat and should be taken as comprehensive treatment. Treatment measures (1) Psychotherapy: ①Supportive psychotherapy: give patients explanations, guidance and facilitation to make them understand the knowledge related to disease symptoms, which is effective for relieving emotional symptoms and enhancing treatment confidence. (2) Psychodynamic psychotherapy: Helping patients to explore and understand the inner psychological conflicts behind the symptoms, which is effective for the complete relief of symptoms. ③Cognitive therapy: For patients with obvious suspicion and a suspicious personality, cognitive correction therapy is given, which has long-term efficacy. ④Morita therapy: To make patients understand that the symptoms are not serious, adopt the attitude of accepting and tolerating the symptoms, and continue to work, study and live naturally, which is effective for relieving the disease symptoms and improving the quality of life. (2) Pharmacotherapy: Patients with high health requirements and sensitivity to somatic reactions are advised to use drugs with low adverse effects, and low-dose treatment is appropriate. Anxiety and depressive symptoms can be given to the appropriate amount of anti-anxiety drugs or antidepressants, often with an anti-anxiety drugs (alprazolam, lorazepam, clonazepam, etc.) effective in small doses; appropriate application of new antidepressants. In addition, symptomatic treatment can be given for the manifestation of somatic symptoms, such as propranolol in moderate doses, which should be given in short courses. (3) Other: such as biofeedback therapy, spectrum therapy, massage therapy, extracorporeal counterpulsation therapy, etc., have some auxiliary therapeutic effect.
