Male 45 years old with loss of vision, diagnosis: pituitary tumor. The lesion grew from the saddle into the saddle and invaded the pterygoid sinus. He showed the typical “gourd sign” and “girdle sign”. Microscopic subtotal transsphenoidal tumor resection was performed. After the operation, the vision improved significantly.
