What happened to the white gums on both sides of the newborn baby’s teeth?

In newborns, yellowish-white particles may appear on the midline of the upper jaw and at the edge of the gums, often called “horse teeth”, which is medically called “epithelial beads”, formed by the gradual keratinization of the embryonic development of the milk teeth. It is not a disease and usually falls off on its own after a few months.
