How to treat vitiligo with autologous epidermal transplantation

Vitiligo is a common disease in dermatology, which affects the aesthetics and makes the patients feel miserable. The development of modern medicine has also enabled many vitiligo patients to recover through treatment. The common treatments for vitiligo are phototherapy, oral topical medication and surgical treatment. For more than a year the area of the white spot no longer expand, no new white spot vitiligo patients, autologous epidermis transplantation is a good choice, with fast results, especially suitable for the treatment of exposed areas.

Autologous epidermal grafting uses the principle of negative pressure attraction by placing a porous suction cup on normal skin tone, which is connected through a tube to a device capable of generating negative pressure. Through the negative pressure, the epidermis of the skin is separated from the dermis, and after the blistering is sufficient, the epidermis of the white spot can be abraded by a skin grinder, and then the epidermal blisters of the normal skin color area are covered on the exposed surface of the white spot and fixed with band-aids or gauze with pressure.
