1. Local hematoma The blood vessels around the lesion are rich, the postoperative pressure bandage is displaced or not tight, and there is active bleeding in the residual cavity. Postoperative attention: immediate postoperative compression to stop bleeding, compression bandage for at least 24 hours (generally 48 hours), avoid strenuous exercise, and prohibit heavy lifting of the affected limb for one week. The hematoma is usually absorbed and local hot compresses are applied after one week. If the hematoma is huge or there is still active bleeding, open surgery will be performed. 2.Skin injury The tumor is close to the skin, so the skin may be damaged by the vacuum negative pressure rotary cutting. 3.Residual lesion Tumor residue can be caused by bleeding during operation and forced to abort the operation. For masses larger than 3cm do not choose minimally invasive. 4.Pneumothorax For tumor located in the deep part of the breast and close to the pectoralis major muscle, it may cause pneumothorax, but the chance of occurrence is almost zero because it is operated under the direct vision of ultrasound. 5.Breast indentation No suturing in the cavity after vacuum-assisted rotary biopsy, irregular tumor and wide excision range may cause more defects in the operation area and local indentation of the breast. For patients with possible local depression, local pressure bandage can be applied for 24 hours, then loosen the bandage, lift the skin, and then tie it for 24 hours. In case of depression or skin adhesion, it can be loosened locally with a coarse needle of syringe.
