How soon after the fracture does the bone join begin

The fracture healing process is divided into three phases according to the different pathological manifestations that occur at the fracture end as time progresses: the first phase, the hematoma mechanization evolution phase, occurs about two weeks after the injury. This period focuses on the resorption and mechanization of the local hematoma, thus creating an environment for bone regrowth and reattachment. The second phase, the primitive bone scab formation phase, begins two weeks later, during which new bone is formed to join the fractured ends, that is, two weeks after the fracture. This period lasts until the fracture heals gradually and the scab connection is formed, which lasts about two months. After two months, it is called the period of scab remodeling and shaping, that is, further strengthening of the formed scab and further shaping of the area after the bone has healed. Therefore, the bone connection after the fracture is obvious after two weeks, but it is not so absolute, because there is no clear boundary of the process, but the bone connection is dominant after two weeks.
