Cold feet in women are generally due to the following reasons.
Women often have cold feet probably because women have thin blood vessels and weaker peripheral circulation than men; they usually control their weight by eating less blood flow is not sufficient; their blood pressure is low; or they have some kind of disease, or they have heavy menstrual flow redistribution, reduced peripheral circulation, anemia and other factors that make the blood supply to the lower extremities insufficient and thus the phenomenon of cold feet. In addition, a lack of daily exercise, not paying attention to keeping the waist and abdomen or ankles warm, such as a preference for trousers and socks that expose the neckline or ankles, can also lead to cold feet.
