“The causes of a cold left foot and a warm right foot are as follows.
A difference in temperature between the left and right foot is commonly seen in the presence of a narrowed or occluded artery in one lower limb. A cold left foot may be due to reduced blood flow in the left foot due to impaired circulation and reduced heat production and heating, and can be seen in arterial lesions of the lower limb such as atherosclerosis-occlusive disease and thrombo-occlusive vasculitis.
At the same time the warmth in the right leg may be relative to the warmth in the left leg, indicating that only the left leg is uncomfortable with the lesion but the right leg is normal, but it is also possible that the right leg has a venous reflux disorder, where blood flow collects and heat is not dissipated, resulting in an increased temperature in the right leg, such as varicose veins in the right leg.”
