What is a precursor to cold feet and numbness?

“The disease from which cold feet and numb feet are suffering is analysed as follows.
Cold feet and numb feet are mostly associated with two pathologies, one is the pathology of the arteries in the legs and feet that affects the surrounding nerves, and the other is the compression of nerves by a herniated lumbar disc. The former can cause cold feet due to arterial occlusion, which affects the surrounding nerves and causes numb feet, and the latter can cause numbness in the legs and feet due to compression of the sciatic nerve, etc., along with cold feet. Malnutrition, anxiety and depression can also cause impaired blood circulation and perception in the lower limbs, resulting in cold feet and numbness.
Cold feet and numbness can be a precursor to diseases associated with small arterial lesions such as Raynaud’s syndrome, thrombo-occlusive vasculitis, lower limb atherosclerosis-occlusive disease, malnutrition, as well as lumbar disc herniation and lumbar spinal stenosis, and non-specific cold feet and numbness can also occur with severe anxiety and depression.”
