Especially in northern China, where high temperatures persist, the Central Weather Bureau has reminded people to pay attention to heatstroke prevention. As a typical summer weather allergic reaction, heatstroke refers to the acute disease produced by the dysfunction of the body’s thermoregulatory center and the failure of sweat gland function under high temperature conditions. In addition to temperature, heat stroke is also related to humidity, sunlight, labor intensity, exposure to high temperature, physical strength, nutritional status, water and salt supply, and health status. The elderly, frail, obese, and hungry may also be the cause of heat stroke. The symptoms are high fever, absence of sweating and coma. The first symptoms include general weakness, weakness, headache, blurred vision, nausea and low sweating, followed by a rapid rise in body temperature up to 41°C or more, and extreme sleepiness, dry and hot skin without sweating, rapid pulse, shallow breathing and decreased blood pressure. If not treated quickly, the whole body convulsions, cardiac arrhythmia, cerebral edema, shock and even death will soon develop. The normal body temperature of human body is kept around 37℃, and the skin temperature is kept around 32℃. As the temperature rises, the heat dissipation by conduction and radiation gradually decreases, and the heat dissipation by sweat evaporation gradually increases. When the external temperature is higher than 32℃, most of the heat has to evaporate through sweat. When the outside temperature reaches 35-39 ℃, coupled with the high labor intensity, the body heat is not easily distributed, thus causing the body temperature to rise to form heat shot heat stroke, which is the most serious in heat stroke. The second is heat exhaustion type heat stroke, the opposite of the first type, mainly caused by a lot of sweating, mostly pale, sweaty skin, shallow breathing, weak pulse, decreased blood pressure, unconsciousness. The third is the spasm type heat stroke, mainly caused by a large amount of sweating in the body, loss of salt caused by muscle spasms, often occurring at the same time as heat exhaustion, with thirst, weakness, prominent performance as muscle cramps. Fourth, sunstroke type heat stroke. Mainly direct summer sunlight on the head and brain damage, with headache, dizziness, nausea, coma in severe cases, body temperature rise. Heat stroke prevention, one is to pay attention to the high temperature forecast, reasonable arrangements for work and rest time. In hot weather, especially from 11 to 14 o’clock every day, try to reduce going out, appropriate nap, diet should be light, drink more light salt water, mung bean soup, daily diligent bath, wipe body. Second, field workers, travel, watching open-air sports, be sure to bring heat protection tools, such as straw hats, umbrellas, sunglasses, rindan, ten drops of water, etc., do not spend a long time in the sun, pay attention to the shade to rest, the elderly and infirm must be accompanied by family members.
