Clinical analysis of 290 cases of coronary artery bypass grafting Zhu Xianming Abstract: Objective To report the early results and analysis of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) for the treatment of coronary artery disease. Methods Coronary artery bypass grafting was performed in 290 patients with coronary artery disease, 63 cases with extracorporeal circulation (CCABG) and 227 cases with non-extracorporeal circulation (OPCABG), 140 cases with unstable angina, 106 cases with old myocardial infarction, 15 cases with ventricular wall tumor; 208 cases with multi-branch lesions, 61 cases with two-branch lesions, 21 cases with left main stem; . There were 96 cases of combined diabetes mellitus, 101 cases of hypertension, and 32 cases of valvular disease, all of which were treated surgically at the same time during the operation. The average surgical bypass was 3.16 bypasses per case, and 10 cases required postoperative IABP support therapy, with no perioperative myocardial infarction. The patients’ postoperative angina symptoms disappeared and the quality of life was significantly improved. Conclusion CABG surgery for coronary artery disease is clinically effective. Adequate preoperative preparation and skilled surgical technique are the keys to successful surgery; it still has good safety for patients with advanced age, multiple lesions, old infarct complications and poor cardiac function.
