Is knee pain caused by synovial crease compression syndrome?

Recent interest in synovial fold extrusion syndrome has led me to discover that many people have knee pain that is not actually arthritis, but rather synovial fold extrusion syndrome. Most people already have these folds in their knees, but some people have larger ones that sometimes get stuck in the joint space and become inflamed and degenerated after injury. This is especially true for young patients. Patients who often have localized pain in the knee and a foreign body feeling in the joint, without pain in other parts of the joint, often have crease extrusion syndrome. This disease, happily, can be completely cured by arthroscopic removal of the crease. It is very different from the usual synovitis, rheumatism and rheumatoid that are difficult to cure. Therefore, if you have a young patient around you with frequent limited knee pain and foreign body sensation, it is recommended to get it checked by a professional doctor to avoid a lot of medication with lack of effect or mistaking it for a rheumatoid or other joint disease and suffering from the disease for nothing.
