I occasionally overeat, which makes me uncomfortably full, is this bulimia nervosa?

This is not diagnosed as bulimia nervosa because of the lack of recurrent episodes.
As bulimia nervosa, binge eating behaviour occurs more frequently, averaging two or more episodes per week, and also lasts for a long period of time, at least three months.
