  1, allergic purpura do not eat allergenic food. If the purpura is caused by food allergy, this food needs to be strictly prohibited for life. Common allergic substances, animal foods such as fish, shrimp, crab, egg, milk, etc., plant foods such as fava beans, pineapple, plant buds, etc.. Be careful not to use cooking utensils and tableware that come in contact with allergic substances.  2, eat more food rich in vitamin C, K. Vitamin C is necessary to protect blood vessels and reduce vascular permeability, and vitamin K can increase the level of coagulation factors, which is conducive to coagulation and hemostasis, so foods rich in vitamin C and vitamin K should be given. Foods rich in vitamin C include: fresh vegetables and fruits, especially tomatoes, oranges, apples, fresh dates, etc.; foods rich in vitamin K include: spinach, pig liver, etc. Vitamin C and vitamin K are intolerant of high temperatures, so it should not be cooked at high temperatures and for too long. If necessary, vitamin C solvent or tablets can be added to the food to eat.  3, adequate high protein diet. Due to blood loss, a large amount of protein is lost, so it is necessary to supplement high protein food, such as pig liver, eggs, lean meat, milk and so on. If the patient is bleeding a lot or serious anemia, still need to supplement the food rich in hematopoietic materials and “iron diet”.  4. Avoid eating spicy foods and quit smoking and drinking.  5, pay attention to avoid eating rough, hard and mechanical stimulation of the gastrointestinal tract food. Such as fish with spines, crab with shells, chicken with bones, meat, etc., to avoid stabbing the oral mucosa and gums, causing or aggravating bleeding.
