How long does it take to recover from allergic purpura

The clinical recovery time of allergic purpura usually takes from 2 weeks to several months depending on the severity of the disease. Allergic purpura is an allergic disease, caused by increased capillary permeability and fragility, and can be divided into cutaneous, arthritic, renal, gastrointestinal and mixed types. Generally the recovery time of simple cutaneous purpura is fast, about 2 weeks, while if it involves joints, and abdomen, or kidney, the recovery time is slower and may take several months. Allergic purpura is directly related to mosquito bites and the patient’s own allergic reaction. It is recommended that the patient avoid eating foods that can cause allergy, such as fish, shrimp, crab, and can eat more foods rich in vitamin C, such as kiwi, tomato, carrot, avocado, dragon fruit, mung bean sprouts and other foods. In addition, patients should pay attention to personal hygiene during the disease, timely kill indoor mosquitoes, appropriate exercise to improve the skin’s immune resistance to disease.
