What are the main menstrual symptoms of irregular endometrial shedding?

The main menstrual symptoms of irregular endometrial shedding can manifest as a prolonged menstrual period (more than 8 days) and/or increased menstrual flow (more than 80 ML or more than 10 daily sanitary pads/day).
The normal menstrual period is 5-7 days. Irregular shedding of the endometrium results in secretory endometrium remaining in the uterus, and these secretory endometrium still cause bleeding, resulting in a prolonged menstrual period of 9-10 days, beyond the normal menstrual cycle.
With the lengthening of the menstrual cycle comes a similar increase in the volume of menstruation, which is the main menstrual symptom. At the same time, patients often experience symptoms of anaemia such as dizziness and poor mental health due to the increased bleeding, and the patient’s skin mucosa often appears pale due to anaemia.
