In recent years, with the significant increase in the incidence of smog in China, it has become a disease that is no longer extremely rare. Although the pathogenesis of smog is not yet fully understood, treatment is developing rapidly. Surgery has now been proven to be effective for the symptoms, cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage caused by smog. There are a variety of surgical procedures for smog, including direct bypass, indirect patching, and combined vascular bypass, all of which have the primary goal of improving the body’s already existing symptoms by increasing the blood supply to the brain. However, the results vary greatly depending on the principle of each procedure. Direct bypass is to connect the blood vessels on the scalp (e.g. superficial temporal artery, occipital artery) directly to the branches of the intracerebral arteries (e.g. anterior and middle cerebral arteries, or posterior cerebral artery, posterior inferior cerebellar artery). Combined vascular bypass surgery is currently considered to be a more effective procedure for the treatment of smog, which is a combination of direct bypass and indirect patching to increase the blood supply to the brain through multiple channels and to improve the surgical effect, with good results for both children and adults, and is widely praised by patients and their families. It is understood that the combined vascular bypass surgery is operated under a high-precision microscope with high safety, and the cost is about 70,000-80,000, the specific cost can go to the hospital for detailed consultation.
