How to crack the heel

To consider chapping, use a moisturizing ointment to help the skin heal, and then on top of that, look for the cause that triggers the chapping and get rid of the cause. The direct cause of chapping is the dryness of the stratum corneum and the destruction of the skin barrier. It is recommended to use moisturizing ointment to improve the cracking, such as clam oil, horse oil, etc., or make your own mix, such as erythromycin ointment + uric acid ointment one to one ratio, then add the right amount of castor oil (when there is no sesame oil, salad oil can be used instead), mix into a thin paste, sealed and spare. When using, take a sufficient amount of ointment, rub it thickly on the cracked area, about the thickness of a dollar coin, and massage it fully to help absorb it. You can also use plastic wrap for sealed wraps, once a day, for half an hour to an hour each time, for a week to provide significant relief. Specific causes of dryness include: 1. keratosis pilaris; 2. excessive cleaning; 3. lack of vitamin A or B vitamins; and 4. physiological aging. For cracked feet caused by tinea pedis, antifungal ointment such as compound benzoic acid ointment should be applied at a later stage to sufficiently soften before using ketoconazole ointment, etc. The actual footwear are usually not hot water, not alkaline soap body wash, etc., to avoid the barrier damage brought about by excessive cleaning. Cracked feet are a very common phenomenon, symptomatic treatment to relieve while looking for the cause, get rid of the cause, to help not to recur.
