I. Definition and group characteristics of “white-collar hypertension” The so-called “white-collar” usually refers to workers in production units, businesses, offices, professors and brain workers serving industry and capitalists. White collar hypertension refers to this type of hypertensive patients. Due to the mental tension, irregular life, long working hours, high work pressure, lack of necessary life conditioning and psychological treatment, white-collar workers often suffer from chronic fatigue, depression, skeletal muscle discomfort, tension, often have dissatisfaction with work, and usually have family genetic factors. Second, white-collar hypertension prevalence and current survey The average life expectancy of Chinese intellectuals is currently 58 years, which is about 10 years lower than the national average life expectancy, while the average life expectancy of Beijing intellectuals has dropped from 58-59 years 10 years ago to 53-54 years at the time of the survey, which is more than 20 years lower than the average life expectancy of 75.8 years in Beijing at the time of the second national census.
