Breast cancer with liver metastasis is an advanced malignancy, and the principles of treatment follow those of breast cancer. First, the pathology of breast cancer and the estrogenin receptor, progesterone receptor and epidermal growth factor receptor in immunohistochemistry should be clarified. If estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor are positive, endocrine therapy combined with CDK4/6 inhibitors, mainly piperacillin capsules, can be considered, as well as chemotherapy in the form of chemotherapy combined with endocrine therapy. If the epidermal growth factor receptor is positive, then targeted therapy combined with chemotherapy is considered as a treatment. There are many other treatments available, and radiofrequency ablation can be used for liver metastases. In addition, if the breast cancer is triple negative, chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy is usually adopted, and radiofrequency ablation as well as interventional treatment are mainly for patients with liver metastases.
