Protect the liver and strengthen the liver’s inactivation of excess estrogen.  5.Control estrogen intake: prohibit the abuse of contraceptive drugs and estrogen-containing beauty products; use estrogen-containing health products with caution; use hormone replacement therapy to relieve menopausal symptoms with caution.  6. Other: avoid multiple abortions and medication abortions; encourage more maternal breastfeeding to prevent hyperplasia before it happens.
