A full set of biochemical tests cannot detect AIDS because it includes liver function, kidney function, blood sugar, lipids, electrolytes, etc. Therefore, there is no evidence of AIDS infection in any of the items in the full set of biochemical tests. The test for AIDS can only be done by checking the HIV antibody to determine if there is AIDS infection, because AIDS is a sexually transmitted disease, and the infection is transmitted in three ways, mainly through sexual contact, blood transmission, and vertical transmission from mother to child. Therefore, the test for AIDS requires special tests, not through biochemical tests, nor through other blood tests, such as routine blood tests, which are not available.
