(3) The elastic tube connected to the heating tube is installed in the circulation pump, with the suction tube at the lower end
(4) The elastic tube connected to the entry tube is installed in the perfusion pump, with the suction tube at the lower end.
(5) Install the inlet side temperature tube and the outlet body temperature measuring tube in the fixed clamps of the line support arm.
(6) The 3000ml empty liquid belt is mounted on the water bag holder.
4.Place the temperature sensor.
(1) the main control 1 (blue casing sensor) inserted into the heating chamber with the blue mark in the upper part of the main temperature measurement tube.
(2) main control 2 (red casing sensor) inserted into the upper part of the heating cavity with a red mark in the main temperature measurement cylinder.
(3) In-body 1 sensor is inserted into the in-body temperature measurement cylinder with red mark on the machine respectively.
(4) Out of the body 3 sensor in case of damage to other sensors to replace.
5.Use the drug fluid input device to infuse 3000 ml of drug fluid into the fluid bag and start the thermal chemotherapy infusion machine.
6.Adjust the peristaltic heating pump flow: set it at 300ml/min to 500ml/min and start it, the drug solution will circulate within the closed line.
7, the operation of the computer medical system: new patient information or in the “patient information form” with the mouse click “all personnel” in the patient’s name to receive treatment, and then click the treatment key to enter the device control interface, in the interface set the heater outlet Temperature, generally set at 43 ℃ (heating range of 0 ~ 50 ℃), click the start temperature control key, the heater began to heat up, then the start temperature control key becomes a stop control key.
8.When the medicament reaches the treatment temperature, the inlet tube and the outlet tube are connected to the human body.
9, set the perfusion pump flow (generally from low speed gradually increase), set the treatment time, you can select the appropriate time gear according to the patient’s situation (treatment time in 10 ~ 150 minutes fixed sub-grade), click the start drawing line key to record. After the treatment starts the device will automatically enter the countdown and the system will automatically record the treatment curve.
10.Exit the system: When the set treatment time is reached, the device will automatically stop heating, click the exit temperature control key, and OK. The “Device Control Form” will close and return to the “Patient Information Interface”. Click on the Close system in this interface to exit the treatment system. If you need to pause the treatment process, you can click the Stop temperature control key and Stop drawing line key without exiting the treatment system; if you need to interrupt the treatment, you can click the Stop temperature control key and Stop drawing line key and OK; click the Exit control key and click OK to close the Device Control Form and return to the ” Patient Information Interface”, click the Close System in this interface to exit the treatment system.
