1. The prognosis of tumor patients, especially the prognosis of malignant tumors, is still a great challenge for medicine, and at this stage, most of the malignant tumors cannot be fully assessed individually. However, with the new technical support, we started to explore actively and make a breakthrough. For most tumors, pathological examination can clearly distinguish benign, intermediate and malignant tumors, but there are always a small number of patients who cannot be diagnosed clearly. Pathology, tests and imaging can provide detailed information. Pre-operative and post-operative information of patients must be retained to the maximum extent. 3. Application of accurate prognostic models to predict patient prognosis. For example, for hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, intrahepatic, hilar and extrahepatic, different models should be applied to provide patients with accurate, individualized and sustainable assessment results as much as possible. 4. Paying attention to details, joint efforts of doctors and patients, and perseverance, the only purpose of prognosis, treatment and follow-up is to benefit patients.
