Outpatient often encounter some young and middle-aged patients, precordial pain, panic, heart beating sensation, chest tightness and other symptoms are very obvious, the patient is very nervous, so read books to check the information, myocarditis, coronary heart disease, heart failure ……, how to see how to feel their symptoms are very consistent, the more you look, the more afraid to look, and then heard around some sudden heart attack friends or The more you hear about some friends or colleagues around you who had sudden heart attacks, some had stents put in their hearts, some had bridges, …… more worried plus scared, thinking they must have had a heart attack. However, when you go to the hospital, the electrocardiogram, cardiac enzymes, thyroid function, chest X-ray, dynamic electrocardiogram, exercise plate electrocardiogram, cardiac ultrasound, etc. are nothing serious, so the doctor will tell you “there is nothing wrong, go home”, so the patient half-heartedly said, “I am so hard, and not faking, how can they still say I am so hard? I’m not faking it, how come they say I’m not sick?” In fact, these patients are suffering from cardiac neurosis, which is a kind of systemic neurosis, a group of syndromes in which cardiovascular dysfunction is caused by neurological dysfunction. Its occurrence is related to long-term stress, mental tension, staying up late, irregular life, overwork, poor sleep, anger and anxiety. The main manifestations are panic, chest tightness, precordial pain, poor breathing, like long breaths, general weakness, sometimes accompanied by a series of neurological symptoms such as easy agitation, insomnia, excessive sweating, trembling, dizziness and lightheadedness, back and leg pain. Due to the increased sympathetic tone, the main complaint is often a self-conscious heartbeat, or feel the pulsation or discomfort in the precordial area, or often feel that the heartbeat is accelerated and cannot be autonomous, but feel the pulse usually the heartbeat does not exceed 100 beats/min, also rarely accompanied by obvious arrhythmia conditions such as premature beats. Its precordial pain is often confined to one point, or wandering, often stabbing, throbbing pain, lasting for a few seconds, or vague pain, lasting for several hours, most of the day or even a few days, and its occurrence has no obvious cause, and can appear after tension, exertion or excitement, or can occur when quiet. Chest tightness and breath-holding are mostly not related to activity, and are often described as a preference for long out-breathing, with chest tightness relieved by deep breathing or lasting for a long time. There is no specific treatment for this disease in Western medicine, and glutamate and vitamin B1 are often given to regulate the function of the plant nerves, but the effect is not very satisfactory, and the recurrence of the disease further aggravates the patient’s burden of thought, forming a vicious circle, resulting in the disease does not heal over time. Chinese medicine believes that this disease is related to overworking, liver qi stagnation, blood vessels are not smooth, combined with different patient’s situation to give evidence-based treatment often has better efficacy and has certain advantages, so some western doctors will recommend patients to take Chinese medicine to regulate. But generally patients must insist on taking Chinese medicine for 1~2 months to have obvious effect, and tonics are more symptomatic than Chinese medicine. At the same time, the patient himself must have a correct understanding of the disease, reduce the burden of thought, avoid excessive tension, anxiety, anger, maintain a regular life, avoid staying up late and stress, which is particularly important for the early recovery of the disease.
